Recently, I would like to raise an issue for rational discussion and see whether other users have experienced the same situation.


Some of my uploaded files were deleted without any clear explanation, and I would like to ask which specific rules these files were considered to violate.


This situation seemed to have stopped for a period of time—about a month—but it has recently reappeared, which raises concerns about another round of large-scale reporting or file deletions.


I also wonder whether there are certain mechanisms or channels through which files can be removed without substantial review. If this is the case, it creates a serious sense of insecurity for users who upload and share content normally.


From what I know, some veteran forum users have already stopped using KatFile due to similar issues—not because of earnings, but because of unstable file retention. When mass deletions occur, there are often no effective appeal or recovery options, forcing users to switch to other hosting services.


For most uploaders, whether using PPS or PPD, any potential earnings should be based on the fundamental requirement that uploaded files can be stored in a reasonable and stable manner.


If shared files are deleted in less than a day after being uploaded, then even a generous reward system offers little real value to users.


I would like to ask whether others have encountered similar situations, or if anyone has insight into the current deletion mechanisms and evaluation criteria. Hopefully, through rational discussion, we can better understand the situation and make users’ concerns heard by the platform.

@KatFile It's almost impossible to download a simple file; the advertising is incredibly annoying. You have to click so many times on the link just to start the download because it's one pop-up after another—very frustrating. :rage:😡😡
