Today I received feedback from users that many of my shared links appear to be working normally at first. However, after going through a series of verification steps, they are finally able to click the download button — only to receive a “404 Not Found – nginx” page.

What’s more concerning is that their traffic quota was deducted even though the download did not actually start.

Below are the affected links. I would like to ask what exactly is causing this issue. Could you please assist in investigating and fixing it?

There are two main concerns:

Users are being charged bandwidth even though no file was downloaded.

Is this a server issue, or have my files been deleted, lost, or improperly stored on your system?

I would appreciate a clear explanation and prompt assistance in resolving this matter
