The failure rate of uploads is very high. 70% of the file uploads are failing when they are about to complete. This issue has been persistent for several days. Please resolve this as soon as possible. It appears that many others are also encountering the same problem.

The probability of upload failure seems to have significantly decreased to around 10%. In fact, there has always been a 5-20% chance of failure when uploading files via katfile. However, in the past few days, the failure rate has soared to over 70%, with almost every upload failing the day before yesterday. Now, the situation seems to be back to normal, but it is uncertain whether the issue has been completely resolved.

The chance of this happening at the end of each upload is 50%. The problem is not completely solved.
