Rules and Conditions
We count every successful completed download.
Files smaller than 1MB do not qualify for points.
Minimum payout is $25 USD.
You will be disqualified and banned if you try to manipulate our system.
Downloads by your own account do not count.

@KatFile; We just want to know what is real happening, even you decreased rate, that's ok it your host. I accept that.

You are really a big and very old filehost, you shouldn't ignore our important question.

Our rates are the same and we pay honestly. Only we reduced 20% for some uploaders (japan and france traffic) whose sales cannot fully cover PPD.

Hi Katfile, a bit weird, not sure which server but definitely got some are down? As i got 2 files with 0 download, which is not possible yiu can check my stats. Not a PPD user, but just wondering

Are you serious whats this you increase 20% with some uploader and without inform us its not honest I never see this !!!! any respect for your uploader and dont forget you use many ads for ppd !!!!

Response: 150 Opening BINARY mode data connection for LIST

I think Katfile picked some (or all) uploaders who upload Japan and France contents.
Sad but at least we know the reason of decrease earning.
