Hi~katfile admin i have a problem.
Your system has banned my two accounts and ip a few minute ago. I only swich my different two account on firefox(i don't know why but on my pc i only can get full speed on firefox ,so i login two account on firefox) ,but why your system banned me??
One of them have save much files , i can't lose them ,thanks.

Hi Katfile admin.I want to login my account,but it got banned.My account:7241300,I also writed an email by 'contact us'.
I haven't logined for a few days.
Please help me deal with the problem,thanks.

The problem still not changed over 4 days......
I have writted 2 letters to Katfile official webpage with 'contact us' and got no response.
I didn't share my account with other people and achieved good results on KF affiliate progrm.
Is there someone can deal with the problem?
