The problem is that my account is a Lifespan account, which I paid for several years ago. It’s not an account you gave me — I bought it with my own money. So what right do you have to restrict my download privileges?

this happen on my account too, bought the lifespan account several years ago and cant even download anything with it after just one file.
 
my account of 8/9 year seem to be banned. i am using remote server to upload and get the download links from local computer with VPN. after change my VPN to different location suddenly saw this message Your account was banned by administrator.
already PM katfile. hope he check PM.

Your system allows people to upload files, but as long as the files are uploaded, they cannot be downloaded.
What kind of weird logic is this?
It is completely unreasonable and does not respond to anyone.
