Rules and Conditions
We count every successful completed download.
Files smaller than 1MB do not qualify for points.

Most your servers don't have the upload speed issue. Your UK servers are usually slow, and some Hetzner servers are slow. I blocked problematic servers by Windows Firewall and got rid of this problem. I just blocked 9 IPs on 2/9 and you can see I haven't reported any upload speed problems since 2/9, so I don't think it's caused by downloaders.

Users downloding more files we put 10min delay between downloads I hope fix it
