I only downloaded one file, and now your system is restricting me from downloading anything else. I have to wait 24 hours or pay again to download?
What kind of logic is that? After becoming a VIP, I can only download one file and then have to pay again to continue downloading???
Is that right???
Are you trying to rip people off??? What on earth are you thinking???

Yes, with the account we gave you for uploading, you can’t download. It’s only for uploading.
 
Sometimes things like this happen, it’s normal. Any business similar to ours deals with a lot of issues daily, and sometimes we have no choice but to process payments a bit later to keep the platform running. (We paid on time for 10 years, now there’s just a little delay!)
I've been late on my payments for the past few years.
By the way, what does this mean?Does my download bandwidth say 1MB instead of 100GB?

I’ve never used a file hosting service with such a complicated and unfriendly design.
All services should be user-oriented, not designer-oriented.
How could a system that users find difficult to use possibly attract and retain many users?

You even make things difficult for all your partners — only allowing one download per day, and uploads only?
You treat your partners like tools for making money, yet you don’t pay them on time, and you don’t even allow them to download — only to upload.
Do you realize what that sounds like? It sounds like a sweatshop boss.

And only one file download per day? I could just log out and download slowly without an account — that way there’s no restriction, just slower speed.
Whose brilliant idea was it to make things so hard for your partners?
Do you actually want to drive away the very people who help you earn money?
Are your partners supposed to be treated worse than regular users?

I found that the API turned off the download function completely

I can understand that you don't give the benefits of download traffic to the "upload account" (free).

However, I purchased a premium membership account with my own money, but I cannot download the files using the API. This is unacceptable to me.
 
I also understand the rule of canceling downloads, many hosts also do not provide VIP accounts for uploaders.
If uploaders abuse downloads, it will only cause additional costs for the host.
My only hope is to have more stable payments, solving this issue is very important.
 
After completing the connection, I’m currently looking for another hosting provider for my plans.
They have their own policies, which have made downloading difficult — that’s really unfortunate.
Especially since downloads used to be supported only for files uploaded by the same user.

I think this practice is terrible because when I receive feedback that a download link is broken or a file cannot be downloaded, I personally test those links and only re-upload the file if it is truly unavailable. In other words, I personally test the download link after uploading the file. Now, this change makes downloading completely impossible, and even the uploader doesn't know if the file link is valid. This is really bad. I hope it can be changed back.

The problem is that my account is a Lifespan account, which I paid for several years ago. It’s not an account you gave me — I bought it with my own money. So what right do you have to restrict my download privileges?

I just received the payment. The time was 1:00 AM on November 14 in my local time. It was probably still the 13th in their time zone. So this time, they not lying. As for the rest, I don’t want to say much for now.
