I don't think S03's network problem is gone. I'm still facing the same issue as didux is.
I've been logged off for this six hours and now I'm back. I tried re-logging in, but the result is the same.

Downloading with IDM starts, it goes well like for 30 sec, then it stops. Retry it, but it fails and never succeeds again because connections can't be established. Different file hosts, web servers, via FTP, whatever means wherever. Firefox can't neither.

I'm so sad.

Damn bro you got so many problems with your RDP.
How about not having more then 15 users on the same server? If you had only 8-10 then you wouldn't have that many issues

@ masamune : Can you do a traceroute to s03.hq-rdps.com from your home PC? and PM me the result log.

@ Noimus : It's not the amount of users on a server issue. It's the network issue. They are different.

same prob is with me,m not able to upload it disconnects & starts all over again i was trying to upload to hotfile via cute FTP,to rapidshare via rs manager & fileserve through cute ftp

Thank you for reporting. Next time when it happens, please immediately create a support ticket on our website with your tracert to the RDP server log attached So we can see if it's network problem or other factors easily and take the required action quicker.
