That is a pretty dumb theory.

More likely - as said before - it is the number of connections.
Or.... we download a lot of data and therefore they might limit.

But limiting because we download fast?
Never heard that one before.

Based on our combined theories I suggest we limit ourselves to 5MB/day/user @ 30KBs @ 1 connection.
Not likely huh? :)

@LEVAC
Next time you restart the server - load FS and see if there is any problems when the server only has 1 user.

For instance, with setting eight connections per a link in IDM, that'd be too many when you activate 10 links. If 5 users try it at the same time, it opens up 400 connections from one IP. W/R on hard drive becomes intense, which slows hd performance.

That's what I thought. Speed might not be a problem at all.

I agree, speed may not be the issue. The real issue might be too many connections being made.

Even 2-3 connections in IDM is fast enough, IMO.

EDIT : Megaupload upload speed test : almost 50MB/s

I can't connect, when i hit connect the box pops up with the securing conenction thing, then closes, anyone else having this problem?

Back up and running, i deleted my pass thinking maybe i needed to re-enter it, then i realized i forgot my password:(

Luckily it didnt close my account for too many failed logins :D

same here ::

Between i can't copy paste from my pc to RDP anymore

Before - i could copy a link from my pc & paste it in the RDP browser or notepad

Can't do that anymore

Disconnect / re-connect - problem solved with copy/paste.

That is how I usually solve that problem with RDP on my home PCs.

EDIT:
Does this look like encoding on core 6?

When there is an encoding going on, the cores will be evenly used. At least that's what I experienced last time, I tested.

PS : s02 now showing network status as "Connected to Internet". The SL DNS was not working, so I changed it to Google's.
