I do send out emails. Some people do get the emails. If you don't see the mails, then try checking in your client area.

It's very very slow......The performance is so slow, rar/unrar speed is awful.....What's wrong?????

^^ If theres someone online they probably have multiple RAs running.

Support helped me when i was on s04 and it went back to normal, wish people would learn how to configure WinRAR for christ sakes...

But it might not be the same problem i had

s02 - Slow as Hell :::

Dowload/Upload Speeds ok

but refresh rate / winrar etc - Woooow ( 7 mins to rar 600mb )

It was slow on S02, but it works fine again after I changed my setting of winrar.
Unraring a 2GB file takes about one minute now.
