Hey that Fileserve Connection Lost is very annoying - been trying to download 10 files since morning - not even 50% yet

Connection lost after a few seconds - then have to retry - again connection lost ..Zzzzzz

Well I don't download from FS but the uploading to FS had failed also... Is this a FS fault or this RDP had issues with FS?

Must be with the RDP

Yes, I contacted the DC. I don't think they can fix much because they don't seem to know how to fix it, they keep asking noobish questions. So this is the plan. Tomorrow is Monday. I will order several smaller servers so in each server, we will put much less users ever than before.

Each server will be 8 cores and 8GB DDR3 (fast RAM), just like our current setups but less users. It will arrive tomorrow. They seem to setup fast when it comes to in-stock servers. Dual 5620 wasn't in-stock, I think.

So, I humbly request for another one-day patience. I'll give everyone two weeks extension, or maybe 3 or even a month. I want to make you guys happy. I hope you guys can forgive me as this month has been a terrible month compare to the previous four months but I know we can get through all this crap and back to normal by tomorrow.

I've waited for days; one day is nothing any more. All I want is a stable RDP and great customer service, not a fancy RDP. Download, unrar, create archives, then upload. I appreciate the upgrade you tried, but actually the previous server was just fine for me.

Just one thing. Try gaining back as much money as you can from the DC and give us back some of them. I'm furious at them.

Anyways, I hope the next one will be good enough.
