It's been a month with this service.
Since the RPNET solves the HotFile download problem, I can't complain about anything.
Downloading speed from the RPNET is 2MB/s per one connection. Of course, you can multiply with IDM. Sure, it needs extra cost, but it's worth it for me.
Uploading to HotFile via FTP is about 1-2MB/s per a file. UL 10 files parallelly doesn't drop the speed. Same to FileSonic (5 files at most though). To FileServe with the Zoom's uploader, 5-8MB/s per file. 10 parallel UL doesn't affect the speed.
Rar/Unrar is fast. Raring a 4GB file in store mode takes a couple of minutes. Sometimes it gets slow, but it's just temporal.

Just brilliant LEVAC.
It takes 10 mins to 1 hour when the operators are online. If there's no operators are online, then it can be from 12-24 hours.

It says FS download is banned. But it's not right.
First I saw that and I left. But then again I found out that only HF Premium download is banned, but all other are working.
Who knows how many visitors leaves just because of that sentence??
