Also, my service is catered to those who are just getting into the Bitcoin world and starting small. I'm selling BTC at preev+5% for the first 5 members for vouches. My normal rate is preev+10%.

2. we can use escrow if you want.
3. You will not chargeback under any circumstances.
4. Paypal Address must be verified
5. I may ask for ID. Name and address must be the same in your Paypal.
