Hi friend i want to inform you about this hosting company how they fool peoples to buy there hosting.

Sucks Hosting > www.justhost.com

I plan to buy hosting from this. But before buy i confirmed what they allowed. i open sucks hosting site. and goto live chat, i ask some question what they allowed. Very important part i told him how much traffic can maintaince ur hosting. i mean if my site growup and 1000+ users online at a time so my site could down? So the support person said no your hosting can maintaine 5000 active users at a time. I'm so happy and i bought instantly hosting for 3years.
For 3years: $142 + $10 domain privacy

But after 1month i see everyday i received 4 to 5 emails of vBulletin Database Errors.

I confused and then contact to live chat person guy on site about this error msg. He told me why the errors comes up bcoz when max users try to connect on ur db then the error comes up. So contact to our support team to solve you problem. support@justhost.com

I have heard bad reviews for this hosting, if you get unlimited everything and only pay $4 monthly that looks suspicious. If you had unlimited bandwidth you shouldn't be having that problem so if I were you I would transfer hosts. Remember, you get what you pay for.

Sorry but that's your mistake. JustHost is only for small sites, and it's obvious that you can't run a forum with decent traffic on their shared hosting, it's just the way it is.

What they did with me?

They took off money from credit card (auto). I was not knewing it

Ok thats fine

But then they not even renewed my domain name.
And after it went offline, there support told me to send them email.
After 12-13 hours, they replied to the support ticket
 
JustHost does suck, even for sites that get no traffic at all. I used them a long time ago. After 1.5 years they STILL send me fake renewal bills now saying my account will be suspended soon, even though I terminated my account and cut off any Paypal connection to them.
 
If you really are running site big as you explained on the thread, i am sure this is not the first time you bought hosting. Now, since I assume you already knew the the trend of your traffic, i am amused how can you even think about shared hosting environment.

Well, i agree that justhost rep shudn't have said that the shared environment would be good enough for your website. However, he didn't have any other answer i guess neither he could let you go!
 
I've heard the same on WHT. I thought this host was supposed to be like the best for vBulletin and was going to go with them before. Picked GoDaddy instead.. Terrible support but I know what I'm doing :D Good thread informing people though.
