In august I had bought warezxtreme.org and saw nearly on that day someone bought warezxtreme.com my site wasn't that famous ofc so he didn't mean to rip it nor did I. Tried contacting him but his site was getting hacked trillion times 
I saw he was an uploader on cysforum. I PMed him there but he didn't reply back >.> after few days I came to know he wasn't the real owner and my friend was. My friend just bought the domain for him. I requested him to give me the domain because the .com owner was a nub and didn't know how to run a site and I got both domains :p So ultimately, the better always pwns B-)
