It is not necessary that he ripped your domain name. He must have thought like you and registered the domain. Like, someone buys warez.org and other guy thinks warez.com is cool and registers it so you can't say he actually ripped your domain name >_>

Better site's always stay up. If the guy is a better webmaster than you, then for sure he'll kick your site's ass Or else, your site will be successful.

I remember when someone tried copying TriniWarez, they bought the domain made similar sections and now.. they have NO ACTIVITY whatsoever. Also how do YOU know he/she copied your domain name? I mean, he/she could've thought of it themself. Oh, and another thing, why create the thread here? Do you think the person who "stole" your domain name -- is here? I doubt it.

Tip: If you really do give a shit, why don't you contact the seller and offer him/her some $$ and take it off them..

Nothing is stopping him from inquiring about it now, he doesn't have to wait for anything. Just email the domain owner ask them if they want to sell it, simple as.
