Japan tier 3 is 2$ for 1000- 100+mb downloads, way below acceptable. i will come back when you move it back to tier 2...

Cannot upload in any way. Everything fails..... guess it's because the weekend's coming, and everytime we reach the weekend, uploads fail.

can't remote upload, paste the link and stuck at Initializing upload... seem ok now...
