Hi Juno.Right now im using your ppd plan.My question is if i make sales on ppd will i see that ive made a sale in the stats?i know i will not get anything from it but only want to know if i see that a sale was made.Thanks. btw your ppd is very good.
 
You can check the list of your referrals‏. If your referral shows a star next to it , then it means that he bought a premium‏.

I am an uploader, and I have 10000 IP/day site


Previously, I had about 2,000 downloads a day, and with them - 3 - 5 - sales every day.
The last three days, I have 1000 downloads per day and fewer sales.


Download speed:


Free users: 2-40kb\s
Registred users: 2-40kb\s
Premium users: 2-40kb\s


LOW DOWNLOAD SPEED = LOW SALES!!!


If you do not change speed download, I'll take my 3000 files and go to another hosting.


Have to part with "JunoCloud", before I was satisfied, and now bad.
 
@ tubs @VickTT - This is our download speed settings.

Free - 35Kbytes/sec
Registered - 100Kbytes/sec
Premium - 50000Kbytes/sec

May I ask from which countries did you guys get that low download speed?

So we can check. Thanks in advance.

Regarding the download speed of free and registered users, we have made some tests and we indeed had problems with couple of our servers..

We really apologize for this. It has already been fixed now.

For those who are still having issues with the download speed, please let us know.
