January, 24 2012, David Rivera (R-FL) introduced Republican version of Military-Only Dream Act known as H.R. 3823: Adjusted Residency for Military Service Act

Those who graduated from US high school and came to US at under the age of 16 and under 30 years old currently may file for temporary residency and they must join the military within 9 months for permanent residency.

I don't see any wrong with that!
They chose to come to the US for a better life. For those who are un-documented (I don't use the word 'illegal') - serving the country that opened its arms to welcome them is not too much.

On the other hand, the military offers lots of benefit and opportunities. Serving in the military will make a man to be more discipline and responsible. Moreover, it is an honor!
