Yes el_j, but you see above robert posted some proof as well. It's a 2-way thing. If one person posts a proof, you need to leave it open for the other party to let him have his say as well.
What ACE is doing is just posting his side of the story and closing the thread, he could have left it open for a while more till syflys' side of the story is said as well.
 
ItsmYarD, agreed, but not fully. Even though ACE has also posted proof and explained himself, for some reason he's not believed, I assume because he's staff.

I have sent a PM to ACE, I asked him to reply to this thread, officially, stating his claim and providing all the facts and proof he has, until then, this thread will remain closed, for no more than 24 hours.

The reason I want to temporarily close this thread is because I know it will be filled with "yea, he's right", "+1" or any other mindless, pointless without facts replies.

I asked ACE for a refund but he said there is no refund after 7 days of service, although this is correct but where in the fuck is the service now??so even if i dont get a service i dont get a refund, he also told me to goto stablelayer, but i didnt pay stablelayer i paid ACE and Syfly doesnt reply to any pm or post and he is also a noob here so he can run away at any time without caring
It was according to the TOS, where there was no refunds after 7 days for any service for any reason. I always made sure to tell all clients that there was no refunds after the 7 days when they asked how about the money back guarantee. You might be entitled to a refund but not with me. When I sold the hosting over to syflys he took over EVERYTHING. I had no control over anything anymore. I gave him access to the servers and files all via email.

ACE also abused his power a lot as a mod, first off he closed almost every thread about crypticvps without any reason when he was having problems with his servers, after that he closed the threads about stablelayer where users were asking about problems by giving the reason that we should pm Syfly or submit a ticket, what he didnt try to figure out was that his site was down atm and his PM box full and he was not replying, he did all of this just so people cant complain about stablelayer.
Yea, on most of my topics when I did own crypticvps, I closed topics because they were nothing but people complaining about the hosting. This was not a support forum. It was a sales thread. I do take blame for that and I have before where I should not have done that.

For all the assholes coming in here vouching for ACE please dont do it, the same morons also came vouching for Elio when he scammed me for 50$ but and now look where he is, so just cut the crap. Also for the ppl who will try to point me out towards the TOS of the company can you also please point out where that TOS is written now?
So your calling me a scammer? I don't think so. As soon as he took over everything he was in charge of it all. He was resonsible for all refunds and any finances in the future. He knew exactly what he was getting himself into. He said so before how he will get it back up. Its not my fault what he did with the hosting after I left. I helped him the best I knew how everytime he asked me for help, I tried to help him.

Please act and get me my money back or serve some justice like you guys did in Elio's case, i have already been scammed by Elio i cant bear this again, i will lose all trust in this site, and please also remember that all this was done way before the scamming rules were made strict, also it is written in the sticky rules post of marketplace that staff will try to do whatever they can to resolve the issue

Few things I have posted before. He dam well knew about everything and the facte that all the VPS data was gone. He said so himself that he was going to take care of everything and give clients free month because of the downfall I had had.

He was already told and knew about the downtime that I had about loosing all the clients VPS. He clearly didn't ask any questions.

This was the worldstream server he got my me that I had paid for when the vps went down. He got fill access to it. He already knew it didn't work out with weservit. I Think he only went back with him was because he got a good deal. Obviously it didn't work out.

On top of all that he filed a paypal claim against me and dlow for what he paid for each of us.. He did that after he found out that weserveit had terminated his servers.. So because of his mess ups, he wants us to give him his money back. I don't get it. After we both gave him everything and because he couldn't keep up with everything, he wants his money back? I don't think it works like that.. Sorry..

If I missed anything, let me know. That about sums up everything..

Ace - just to point out your a fucking no life troll. That MSN is fake and you know it. First off why would I spend $300 even on a company I knew was in the complete shit hole come on? You knew you were a kid and had a completely horribly run company and then decided to cash out on what little you could. Then when I try to ask for just a portion of the money back due to the deal being not anywhere near what you described you say "deals are final bye". Thanks for helping out mate and I do not take on your debt as a company. When I bought the company I told you 3 conditions.

1) No outstanding balances or refunds were needed.

2) All information is accurate.

3) You can not have another hosting company for a year.

2 out of the 3 were broken hence the void in the contract. Anyways though that is another story and it seems you did win the PayPal dispute. Luckily I paid with my MasterCard and am filing one with them which will overturn PayPal in the next few days.

Also,

The thing that happened with stablelayer we finally got everyone merged and I would not have moved everyone to WeServIT if I knew that they kicked ace off. The only reason we closed down was basically WeServIT once everything was moved to them said to us sorry but you purchased CrypticVPS and we do not allow them on our hosting so your servers are immediately terminated. That is when I decided to close down.


My post was removed already 2 times when El_j asked for my point on this. I`d suggest to leave it.

If a single transaction was over £500 or the equivalent amount in your currency, your bank/Mastercard will be contacting their fraud team, who will be subsequently contacting the authorities, including the police.

Then they will find out about your activities online, then they will check up on both of you, and what you have sold and bought, and everyone will get fucked up !!!!
 
There is nothing wrong with charge backing from your credit card. And FKZ read carefully, he said $300.

Also ACE, could you post the date of the chat log in full instead of cropping out sections of it. Also, I understand he bought your company in the end of November so could you post the html file date last modified. It shouldn't be modified after november 30, 2010, 11.59pm. If it this, you simply editing it, if not then your information is correct and syflys would be in wrong then.

aye, syfly, call your credit card company and tell them that payment was not authorised by you and you'll have it back in your account within 7 working days. they'll obviously block your card and send you a new one.

You are asking me to refer to TO, are you fucking kidding me?

* you ran the company like a 5 year old kid,
* lied to me continuously about whats going on,
* had a downtime of over 2 days without any sort of info or updates whatsoever,
* closed every thread in which people were asking what the fuck is going on,
* lied to everyone that you are upgrading your servers whereas your ip was null routed or everyone would have moved,
* vouched for stablelayer being a good company without even knowing the guy for long,
* sold the company without prior notification to any of your clients

and now you want to act like a professional company and want me to refer to your TOS?? did you ever act like a company??

here are all the chat logs we have had in which i even asked him what was going on and he blatantly lied that he was upgrading servers whereas he was being kicked out which he later pointed out( i might have those logs at home)

look how in the above comment he never mentioned that his servers were being taken down and he didnt have any backups like he mentioned in the above chat as most of the clients lost there sites during that time

I have other PM's but unfortunately my inbox was full and i deleted that as i thought i would never need that in which i asked for a refund and he continuously assured me everything will be fine, i might have some more chatlogs at home though
 
I completely agree with samipk. By the way ACE how can you want someone to take your TOS seriously when you did not even have your "company" registered?
 
SyFlys, don't be naive and try to pick on every little thing. TOS is never related to having the company registered or not, they were there, so they should have been followed.
 
Registered or not, there should be followed. According to his TOS he doesn't need to give his customer's a refund because it's 7 days already. But, ethically it's wrong because he had downtime, he lost all the data etc.
