hi friends,

maybe you can help me...
I have an Portuguese adult blog and want to create another one in English.
My idea is using the same posts... Is possible? Is there any tool out there that can extract data from one blog to another?

Or maybe using the same database... the problem is that I will use different domain and theme...

What is my possibilities? :-)

I want to use same exactly posts... without translations. :)
 
just park the domain on your existing one... or just edit some php code, what it should do for the first domain and what for the second...
 
I know that I can install both blogs on same database, by changing the prefix, I know that... but what I want, is share the wp_posts table, so I can use same exactly posts in different blogs. And If I need to change one post, will effect both blogs.

Is there any tool or plugin that allow me to make that? :)
 
I dont want to use the import/export, I want to use same wp_posts to make everything automatically :)
And like I said before, I dont want to translate anything...
 
its ist very easy:
just copy the hole folder of your project
example :
var/www/oldsite/
copy old site

create new folder
var/www/newsite/

copy the content from old site into new site....

than just change the folder name in the config data

YOu Are Done ;)
