Issues with Craig/CG|MyDS (MYDS Owner)

As some of you may have known the user here by the name of Craig / CG|MyDS ran MyDediServers for the past few months. Recently he had closed down and had promised me a refund over my remanding service time with him. He keeps postponing the time of the refund and by now I am sick of it. Thats why I am making this thread. Here is some proof:

Send me some details so I can refund you this Thursday. I did intend to refund you on the date i specified but unfortunately I did not have the funds. Is there any other way I can pay you other than a payment gateway?

Seems like he wants to refund him but can't. Probably the reason why he keeps buying time. Last time Ray responded to this post was six days ago almost another week. I think hes waited long enough
