Note, OP never asked about your moronic opinions on whether it matters or not, he asked if it's valid or invalid.

Mine's invalid, stupid errors like "_______ attribute on the body element is obsolete."

That's right Chronic, and that's why I add "No, but I know what I'm doing" option in the poll.

How about your site ajinkya ?

I don't have a Site,
But I've designed Themes, and I have to take care of the Markup
I generally make themes with Valid Markup.
But if it were a theme for my site, I wouldn't really care.

In reality, Sometimes Invalid Markup would be better.
For e.g. Using "&" instead of "&" would be invalid, but the Browser would still display it properly, and you'd have 4 Characters Less.

Due to the Juicyads, if i were to remove em there would be no errors  But why would I, I earn from them

Now I ask you why the f*ck should my site have valid markup.. if it looks fine no one gives a damn.. But still I try my best to minimize the errors and warnings.. its the browser specific warnings that hurt the most

^I read many times that Google loves valid XHTML pages, though... I still have no idea about how significant is the impact of valid XHTML pages to sites SEO in general.

lol, I got 8 Errors and 39 Warnings xD
Where did you got that info?
My sites are not validated! But i will have them a look if they do matter in seo :|

This is mine:

Validated link
The css should be validated too but there is some trick for several browser and the validator does not accept it's and show as error

For me generally is important but not for seo, validation isn't all that important purely from an SEO point of view. Google is trying to give people the sites that best match their queries, it isn't trying to be the W3C's policeman, so it won't arbitrarily penalise sites for not validating.

That isn't to say that validation isn't important. Depending on what the errors are, sites that don't validate can go horribly wrong in some or all browsers. And there's no point in being #1 in the SERPs if people get to your site and find a garbled mess because their browser chokes on invalid code.

Also Why doesn't google.com validate?
