dude, isn't that a free theme that you didn't even bother to change the header too? Yeah sure, it's good, but hundreds of other sites use it too and yours is less unique then theres.
Spend some time and actually get a unique skin.

It's good, but you can make it better, to something unique. Like what the others are saying. I would change the header, and maybe the folders. Then it would be very good.
