Is there any way to use my money from an unvarified paypal account?

I didn't know that paypal requeres a bank account and credit card...so I've sent $24 from my fileserve earnings...that was My life's first payment online...

6 months gone...the money is still on that account...but no use...They can't accept the banks and credit cards where I live...

So Is there any solution...any site providing like I can transfer this money to my alertpay account or moneybookers account?

Pls help...My life's first income online...if you know pls help...

Of course it's online. I verified my account by using vcc. Every vcc company will provide you a guidebook. Follow that carefully. Also if you don't find any vcc website then use google. I have verified from vcccheap.com but it's not showing anything now.

You can still spend money with a unverified account can you not? You just cannot do bank transfers?
