Is there any way to remote upload a direct file from web to fileserve ftp?

You can download the file with Rapidleech and then upload to any filehost supported.

Of course this is also possible with sBorg or RDP or through a remote upload option at the filehost.

At least you, understood me...

The only way to do that is to involve your server. A script would download the remote file, then connect to the ftp and 'put' (transfer) the file to the ftp.

for uploading via FTP thro a direct link you'll need a medium and that can be in any form including rapidleech, sborg, RDP but if you wanna do it directly then there is no way unless you have access to the server which has the file
