please
give me the ebook or something like that
and i am also
newbie in linux OS
(especially centos)

Whenever you have an issue, search Google, You will find a solution.

EDIT: If you will hire a person/company you personally will not be able to learn.

is
different using centos and ubuntu..??
so i must install centos on my desktop..
and
does using centos need internet conectivity..?/
as i don't have internet conectivity on my home

Nearly all linux distros require linux for updating the repositories :)

Get ubuntu if you're new to linux. I'm using it atm.. ;)

There are many intricacies in handling a VPS server be Linux or Windows. You need to know about webhosting,Forum setup, managing performance and disk space and management of webserver/Database and server itself. If you are new to infrastructure management it is no cup of cake handling them and it would take some quality time to learn them.
Solutions are available on the net but you must first understand your problems and then searching for the right solutions.90% of the time identifying the issue is the major hurdle and only a seasoned professional can do it quickly
