Is localbitcoins.com now scam???

I have been using localbitcoins.com in past and never had problems until recently.
Here's what happened.
I sent to myself from other wallet to localbitcoins.com wallet something like $50-60 worth of BTC in two separate transactions.
First one was accepted and they took $20 fee for $33 transaction.
Second transaction according to localbitcoins.com was too small and was supposed to get rejected, however it went through and never appeared in my localbitcoins.com wallet.
From $50-60 I sent, I received only $13 from which I can use only around $7.

What happened with that website, did I miss some news? Are they scam now or what???
I am confused and disappointed.

You should contact their support and ask.

This is not the old days though and BTC transactions are not worth it unless bigger!

i dont think they are not scam , BTC mining fees are skyrocking , Contact with their support , is it possible for u to share blockchain link

They are not a scam. For that small amount its not worth doing the transaction.
