Is it safe using nulled Ip.Board or Vbulletin in offshore host

i want to ask
right now i want to make another forum
but want to use nulled vb or ip board
the hosting itself offshore
so, main questions
1. is it safe using nulled VB or ip.board. i'm afraid being caught using nulled
2. are there any tips for make our board likely not using that nulled script
3. are there big forums out there using nulled script..??

A lot of forums use null scripts.

make sure you use from trusted teams if you are going to use nulled
for example DGT for Vbulletin
vbteam.info

and theres no way to make the board look that is not "nulled" the developers can check if your domain is in their database. Its likely that vbulletin wont bother you unless you site becomes very big or someone reports you
 
You are right bxflow.
And when you have a big forum running on nulled vb, then it would be a real problem for you if some one reports you. There are high chances that you lose your forum, or you might need to buy a license at that time.
I would suggest to use MyBB or other free forum softwares if you are going to create a good forum. :)
