Is it safe to use imagehost for my website?

Is it safe to use imagehost for my posting photos and screenshots in my website (Including Adult and non Adult)
Please advice.

What's there to be not safe?

Some times, they may get taken down, that's it.

There should be no problem till you host them in your server

No 1. Some time the file maybe removed by the Imagehost
No 2. Many Imagehost are blocked for their Adult Contents in some countries
