Is it safe to buy Multiposter 4 now?

I am afraid if I pay for the license, I might not get it since he doesn't seem to be online anymore. Should I go ahead and pay for it?

Now I need to know if there's a program that can get the codes of various forum sections to help me make templates?

I remember someone posting a program on WJ that could do that but can't find that thread anywhere.
