Is hong kong safe from copyright notices?

Is hong kong still a good place to host a warez linking site? cause it seems like hosting in a Europe location still get copyright notices from EU companies. Maybe asia is better?

I dunno, after what happened with megaupload. Hong Kong decided to set copyright offices up.
