Is FileServe Unpopular Nowadays?

I registered 3-4 days ago. In File Host Discussion, I realized that "Post Your FileSonic-Wupload-Oron Earnings" are always at the first page. Why does no one post his/her fileserve earnings? Is it against policy of Fileserve?
According to Alexa, Fileserve is the most popular filehosting except MegaUpload.

If you asks me , FS is the most stable host when it comes to downloading or uploading ur stuff after that FSC which have good plans for its uploaders
