Is ControlC legit or a scam?

I have tried this shitty site called ControlC which is a pastebin clone that pays to share your pastes. I have been using it around 2 to 3 months and i only made $1. The minimum cashout is $5 and they don't say in which payment processor so i deduct that they never paid anyone. Did anyone tried them yet?
