With networks such as exoclick, adsterra, clickadu etc if you cover entire pages with their banners and popups, push notifications and other formats at same time you still earn less than just one popup with popads or popcash.

I would avoid these sites at all costs and advertise banners in a private manner unless your site can be accepted to Google Adsense.

Not to mention using these sites your visitors will dramatically decrease there is no win with them, you just lose lose lose.
