The man hide himself beside wall and tried to listen password

A member came watchman said "twelve"

Member replied "6"

watchman opened d door,

Another membr came,

Watchman siad "six"

Membr replied "3"

watchman opened d door,

Man thought he had got d PW, He went at door

Watchman said "eight"

Man replied "4"

Watchman did not open d door!

What was password?
