I've personally been waiting for this iPhone since the 3G release and was really dissappointed with the 3GS. I will definitely get this as soon as I can, hopefully in the next couple of months! =D

I went to the apple store and they say it's called iPhone 4G

the new iphone supports the brand new 4G network.

Hmm, I couldn't find anything anywhere saying it supports 4G. I've also found a couple of articles saying that it isn't 4G at all. (It may be called that 4G(eneration)) but it's not for the 4G network.

SpongeBob: As with all new iPhones, it'll prolly go for 1k USD for the first month and then drop a bit by bit.

Btw there are preorder listings from around $999 to $1199 on eBay for the 32GB model. :P

Edit:

+1 CM: I don't think it supports 4G network, if it would be called 4G at all then it would probably be to say that it's the Fourth Generation iPhone. Official sources call it only "iPhone 4".

Yeap. That's usually how it goes. The 3GS didn't have a significant price drop like the 2G and 3G had when their sucessors were released so expect the 3GS to go down another 100-200 EUR.

It's the same old, same old, Apple new iPhone cycle. :P I wouldn't trust the preorder listings though unless if they are from a reputable seller. Be careful on eBay.

This was a line from the advertisement. Seriously i would only buy iphone 4 for its programming capabilities.
