ipb3 admin panel issue

My admin panel is giving some problems from yesterday. I am not able to click this button, it does not show drop down menu.

the hooks panel & the system settings looks messy, plz help me to fix it :'(

reupload the admin folder sometimes a file doesn't upload correct

it used to work fine but from yesterday its looking like that

may be your forum was down contact your host if you are using shared tell them to repair your database this may fixed it.. or reupload the admin folder.
