IPB Skin Request

hey everyone!

I'm requesting a skin for IPB 3.1.4. It must be compatible with that.

here are the details:

Logo must have the Playstation icon on there. The one they use with PS1. It also must say: PSRevolution | A New of Gaming. Please use HD/HQ Icons for this

I would like you to somehow integrate the following pictures into the theme:

The skin must be a gaming theme with PlayStation icons on it, etc. This is a big job!

for the topic icons: I need them to say PSR, with like a playstation touch to them :D

Please make this compatible with all IPB Board mods, etc.

My budget is: $15-$20. Willing to pay an extra $5 if done asap. Don't rush through this.

Custom IPB skins are going to cost you more than 20$ to be honest =/

You should be thinking around $50 - $100 to design it and $70 - $120 to code it. and that's pretty cheap work.

For $20 you can get a good logo with some status icons..

Buddy, $20 for a custom IPB skin.. I done think so. :P

Custom skins cost atlest $80+.. Probably more.
