Hiring IPB expert for customization.

I'm looking for IPB expert who has vast knowledge about it..

Things required.

Install + Remove hooks/applications.
Fix minor bugs.
Add VIP system, fix shoutbox.
Fix images.
Add custom ranks.
Set proper permission set of rules.
Remove copy paste HTML code.
Auto code urls.
Theme modification.
and few more.

Payment: You decide.
Payment mode: Paypal only.

I've no idea about IPB.. Though I managed to install, setup forum, shoutbox, permissions etc.. Still need few work to be done.
