I upgraded and was moved to a new server well now I have to figure out everything that needs chmodded.
Can anyone link me to something that list all files and folders that need to be 777.
I also have downloads, subscriptions, and blog installed

thanks guy and yes i was aware of that deviance but i had to redownload ipb 3 i just formatted my pc the other day

I didn't tried IPB3 yet but there was a area in support tab in acp called Diagnostics in 2.3.6.

You will find on it handy tools to fix database and (File Permissions Checker)check file permission for you and also (Whitespace Checker) to check what if you uploaded the files correctly or not.
