if u have a vps restart the vps if not ask your host to restore your backup!

well i installed some hooks and i unistalled them and still same

can u enter admin panel?
if yes, disable hooks, to do that run the forum in safe mode.

if no or still didn't work check ur database, it is most likely a corrupted table.

open a ticket in ipb support, i suppose ur running a license else your an asshole that use nulled scripts!

i not made a backup so if i cant get it sorted tomorrow going to get refund from vps as it pointless me starting again

found problem its a faulty hook i pressed disable all
