Internet Download Manager Help

I have problem with internet download manager when i try to click on that button to add url it starts downloading html file insted of real file same happends when i try batch download... i added premium accounts in internet download manager options and when i try to click on download link from broswer it starts downloading like it should but i cant do that if lets say i have to download 20file parts... Does anyone know how to fix this idm version is 5.19

direct download where on file hosting or idm cuz i didn't saw that option in idm?

Ya, you would have to login into the sites login on a browser first, then batch download.

Select http and in server path name of your filehost without

www

.Then ok.It will work.And u must enable direct download in your premium account.

i enabled direct download from my premium account and host name is without www but still not working

Try adding links by clicking on add url button in IDM.Also verify your login and pass.Make sure that u tick "use authentication" button when u add url.
