Internal Server Error Help ?

Well yesterday when i went to make a new topic on my site www.post-zone.com and i got this.

I need to sort the problem on my site so we can get posting again and submit to katz. Thanks

it could be either 1- your host is having problems
or 2 - an update / plugin you installed recently, or something you edited is causing the problem.
alternatively a firewall or script could be blocking you from running something. (also possibly apache).

have you changed or installed anything recently?

Who are you hosted with? have you opened a ticket with them?

Its not the host i think its a mod and i dont have a recent backup are you with phpBB problems ?

Ah I will make it quick then, just CHMOD all your folders to 775 and your files to 664 !
Its because your main folders like admin cp and install are 777

It would seem your posting.php has the error

Replace the file with a fresh one & re-apply any edits to it.

Even better if your CMS is outdated upgrade to phpbb3.0.6
