Installing WinOS with KVMoverIP to Linux Dedi

Hi,
I want to buy a dedi server, but mostly host want big price for WinOS like 20$ for month. I have a idea for it, can i install WinOS with KVMoverIP to Linux Dedi? Can i use my local ISO?

Did anyone try it before?

Yes, if the datacenter can provide you KVMoverIP then you can install any ISO

But, it'd be better if you let the datacenter install it for you by providing them the ISO download link and the serial key on Windows OS

Yes, it can be done if the KVM device has virtual media support (For mounting local ISO).
