installing rapidleech + torrentflux on windows vps

i have a windows vps (server 2008 sp2) and am pretty noob to this. how can i access the vps using a browser? just http://-ipaddr doesnt work. any configurations i should make in windows prior to this? how to install and access rapidleech + torrentflux on it?

After installing xampp you have to start mysql and apache service. You can do it by :
start menu->apache friends ->xampp control panel.

Copy paste all your RL folder (which contains all subfolder and files.) to C:\xampp\htdocs


Then browse http:localhost/yourRL_foldername.

* localhost might be your vps ip....

turned off firewall and it worked! thanks guys

ya i think ... u need to allow apache.exe thorugh firewall
