Install Apache and PHP

Hello
I want just to upload some mkv movies in my VPS and share between 30 people(maximum) . and using rapidleech .I think need to install php and Apache also using .htpasswd . But apache has a lot of module really i dont need them. which module isnt NECESSARY for me?
when i install Apache which command must to use for installing without some module?

INSTALL kloxo or webmin it will install auto
