Well... They told they Do not Allow... But if you Find on Google with the Keyword "OVH SPAM" you can Get Thousand Details, that Spam is Going on from OVH IP...

If you have that many customers of course there will be abusive ones..
But believe me,.. OVH will take care of those complaints.
They don't like to be listed on SpamHaus.
