Indexing Problem

Hi Guyz,

Today when i was checking my webmaster tools for my site TrollBus.org, I came accross the index status which is shown in the pic below

Total Page indexed are 87 and not selected are 168 and it is like this for about 4 weeks.
can u check the pic and see if this is normal or not, and give some advice on how i can fix this ?

Remove from robots.txt :

Sitemap: http://trollbus.org/sitemap.xml

I don't think I should be doing that, if I remove that line search engines won't know where get sitemap for my site

besides google recommends that line
